Tuberculosis is a terrible, consuming, contagious disease, that quickly spread throughout the 19th and early half of the 20th Century. This lead to the rise of specialized & secluded tuberculosis hospitals. One of which is the Idaho State Tuberculosis Hospital in Gooding, Idaho. The building was once part of a thriving college, but when it closed they utilized the space for the public's urgent needs. Today the building has been remodeled and functions as an inn. So yes, you can stay in this historic building! But beware, we can only imagine what kind of dark energy still lingers today from the building's traumatizing past.
